A quantum network can teleport information between unconnected nodes using so-called quantum entanglement – an important step towards building a super-secure quantum internet.

Objects that share a quantum entanglement have linked properties. Entanglement is central to proposals for a quantum internet, which could greatly improve privacy compared with current internet systems.
